Premium PLANNING

Premium Planning is designed for at home or tented weddings. Weddings of this caliber are magical. To create that magic, there are a greater number of details to work through. We’ll work together to set a budget and vision, and we'll assist with sourcing vendors that will logistically best fit the needs of your event.

You will work closely with owner Schuyler Somers on the complete design and details of your wedding day. The premium wedding planning package is a full scale professional service that designs a signature wedding based on your vision of this once in a lifetime event.

FULL PLANNING

Our Full Service Wedding Planning Package is for the couple that has ideas about their wedding day, but needs a professional to bring it to life. You will work closely with one of our top wedding planners on the complete design and details of your wedding day.

Every aspect of your wedding day will be thoughtfully executed to the highest level of service. When possible, we like joining our couples at the beginning of the planning process. This ensures that we can help pair you with our area’s most talented vendors, attend meetings and help manage logistics so that you can truly enjoy the wedding planning experience.

PARTIAL PLANNING

Our Partial Planning Package is for our couples that have already completed some of their wedding planning but require less help than our Full Service Package. We will provide assistance and guidance with vendor selection that fits your specific style and budget while the couple maintains a hands-on role in their planning. 

We will also play a role in wedding design and assist with vendor pricing and availability. When it comes to specialty rentals, full china rentals, or other overwhelming details like florals and menu development, we’re here to help you pull it all together.

event MANAGEMENT

Commonly known as "Day of Coordination" or “Month of Coordination”, our Ceremony and Reception Management package is for the couple that has planned and designed just about everything themselves, but desires freedom and peace of mind on their wedding day.

Your coordinator will start with a meeting upon booking to make vendor recommendations, set you on the right track during your planning process, and create a working timeline. They will meet with you again 6-8 weeks before your wedding to finalize your details such as your layout, ceremony outline and timeline.  They will become fully acquainted with your vision and make sure nothing is missed. You have worked hard to create a one-of-a-kind wedding, and we will work hard to make sure it happens just the way you want it.
